Guido Mersmann advises companies and private persons in fiscal, financial, accounting and economic matters. As a result of his long-standing working experience at international tax consultancy and audit firms he is able to design bespoke solutions for you and your company in particular in cross-border transactions.

Background

After completing his studies in economics at the University of Münster, Guido Mersmann spent four years at an international medium-sized tax and commercial law firm based in Frankfurt/Main. After his accreditation as certified tax advisor in 2008, he worked at a bigfour firm (PWC) in Frankfurt/Main and Osnabrück, i.a. in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Middle Market. He was notably responsible for the fiscal advice in international corporate restructuring cases as well as for acquisitions and sales of companies.
Since 2012 Guido Mersmann works for our firm.
