Since 2019, we have entered into a strategic cooperation with Fischer & Günnewig Partnerschaft mbB Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft (www.fischer-guennewig.de) in shared premises in Münster to provide comprehensive advice in the areas of law, tax, auditing and management.
We are also working in close cooperation with the German-French law firm adfontes in Berlin (www.adfontes.law), in particular for our joint French-speaking clients, to accompany them to the German market in tax and legal matters from day one. German Act to Modernise the Law on Partnerships (MoPeG)
On 1 January 2024, new rules will apply to German civil law partnerships (GbR). The German Act to Modernise the Law on Partnerships (MoPeG) also applies to existing companies without transitional provisions.

Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG): What will change for you and your company in the future
The German Whistleblower Protection Act (“Hinweisschutzgesetz, HinSchG”) came into force on July 2, 2023. The aim of the new regulations is to protect employees in companies and other institutions from disadvantage if they pass on information about wrongdoing and potential legal violations. Such persons are also referred to as whistleblowers.
Adjustments in German employment contracts as of August 2022
The German Verification Act (NachwG) on written terms and conditions of employment has been reformed. From 01.08.2022, employers will be obliged to document significantly more contract terms.
